Dollhouse furniture from Lerro and from Lundby. The Lerro sink was made in the 50s, while the stove and refrigerator were made in the 60s and 70s.
Lerro was founded in 1949 by Per Börnfeldt and was active until the end of the 1950s. The company specialized in high-quality dollhouse furniture, often made of wood, and sold its products through BRIO's catalogs during the 1950s.
In 1959, everything was completely destroyed in a fire. Lerro and Lundby then merged their businesses. Per Börnfelt was given a leading role within the new Lundby, and was responsible for all design of dollhouses and dollhouse furniture.
Today, both Lerro's and Lundby's dollhouse furniture are sought-after collector's items that reflect Swedish design history in miniature.
