The label text refers to the 1973 season in the Swedish Division 2 football, where the team with the first place was Brynäs IF. Brynäs IF finished with 38 points. The best team was promoted to Allsvenskan, the highest league in Sweden, because they won their group.
The item is perfect as a decoration, a letterpress or as a special gift for a football fan.
Designer unknown to me but could very well have been designed by Oiva Toikka, Erik Höglund or Lasse Andréasson as the item resembles their style and work.
