Two cat figurines from the well-known Swedish brand Bruka Design Stockholm. The stamp on the underside clearly displays their logo. Made of ceramic.
Set components & function
The cushion/base: Functions as a small saucer. It has two small holes in the center, suggesting it can also be filled from below (via a plastic plug) to dispense a seasoning like pepper.
The crawling/sleeping cat, which fits perfectly atop the cushion (the fit is visible in the photos), is intended for salt. It features holes on its back and a filling opening with a plastic plug on the underside.
The reclining cat: Lies freely on its back with its paws in the air. It serves no function other than as a decorative piece.
