A vintage wall relief in the shape of a cat from Gabriel Keramik, designed by Gunilla Ericsson.
The mark ("h"): The round paper label on the back featuring the stylized "h" symbol is Gabriel Keramik's well-known logo (depicting a stylized tiled stove/ceramic kiln with smoke, or a combination of the letters "G" and "h").
Design & Material: The piece is made of glazed stoneware/earthenware and was produced around the 1950s or 1960s. The mottled brown glaze is characteristic of Gabriel's rustic designs typical of that era.
The small square tab with a hole above the cat's head is designed for threading a string or wire through, allowing it to be hung on the wall.
