Three beautiful apples creating a beautiful composition of artistic fruits.
I saw this colorful ceramic pomegranate fruit on my trip to Greece (Crete). At first I thought it was just a decoration but on the back there is a small opening for candles. It and many more like it are in the small shop (Viking) next to the Caldera Beach Hotel.
On my visit to the library I saw this cool bananas artwork. I'm curious what the idea and inspiration behind the creation is. I see a rebellious hand smashing its way through ceiling tiles with a banana.
Made in ceramic or maybe clay. Something like that would be nice to have at home. Maybe with a papaya fruit instead of a banana?
Call me old-fashioned but among book illustrations and quiet library corridors you can find a lot of inspiration.
