I saw this god figure on my trip to the Mauritius in a small shop. A very nice lady in the shop explained to me who it is and what it means to her. I was taken by her story and that is why I want to show this god figure to you.

This is a Laddu Gopal idol (also known as Bal Gopal or Kanha Ji), depicting the Hindu god Lord Krishna as an infant. This particular figurine is made of silver and wears a decorative yellow-colored dress (poshak) adorned with beads and mirrors, as well as a matching ornate crown (mukut).

Here are some details about the figurine:

Meaning: Laddu Gopal is considered a beloved family member in many Hindu homes and is worshipped with great care, often dressing and feeding the idol like a real child.

Accessories: The set often includes ritual objects such as a flute (bansuri), necklace (mala), and other jewelry worn during festivals such as Janmashtami.
